The butterfly valve is a butterfly plate that rotates with the valve stem as a start and close component to realize the opening, closing and adjustment of the valve. In addition to the role of sectioning and interception in the pipeline, the butterfly valve has a smooth inner surface of the valve body channel, low fluid resistance, strong flow capacity, and moderate torque to completely achieve zero leakage of the medium. The valve is small in size, light in weight, reasonably designed, compact in structure, easy to operate and has a long service life.
- There are two basic types, flange type and wafer type (center line) fully lined wafer type butterfly valve, which adopts a two-piece valve body combination, and the valve seat and the valve body inner lining are integrated. When the valve is working, only the full plastic valve seat and the lined plastic butterfly plate are in contact with the medium, and the butterfly valve stem and the butterfly plate are integrated, and the surface is evenly wrapped with a layer of fluoroplastics, which has strong adhesion to steel parts.
- The flange type and wafer type semi-village butterfly valve expanded from the above models, its internal butterfly plate and valve stem are not village, and are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel; and the valve body adopts full lining technology. This structure is called a semi-village butterfly valve.
- The valve can withstand any corrosive media except molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine. It is an ideal product for quick cutting and regulating equipment on gas, liquid, semiconductor chemical pipelines and containers in chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, food, environmental protection and other systems.
Lining material: FEP, PFA, PTFE, GXPO, etc.
